Foundation: Under reamed pile foundation/suitable foundation
Structure: Load bearing brick walls
Flooring: Ceramic tiles in all rooms with 4" skirting.
Joinery Door: Entrance door with Teak wood frame and Teak wood ply flush shutters polished on both sides. Other door frames will be of country wood frames and commercial ply flush shutters with synthetic enamel paint. Windows will be of steel frames and  glazed shutters and mild steel safety grills.
Painting: Internal and external walls in cement paint of pleasing colours.
