  • Foundation: RR Masonry up to basement

  • Water supply: Centralised water supply. Underground sump with pump and overhead tank.
  • Septic tank: Individual septic tank with soak pit.
  • Electrical: 3 phase power supply. ISI certifies brand concealed wiring. Switches will be non modular type mounted on hylam sheet fixed on concealed boxes.
  • Kitchen: A loft and open shelf with cuddapah slab
  • Bedrooms: A loft and provision for wardrobe in all bedrooms.

Booking Advance Rs.1,00,000/-, 45% of sale consideration
Within 15 days from the date of booking Less: Amount already paid
Plus: Stamp Duty, Registration charges & other charges
On payment of 45% of sale consideration, Stamp duty.
Registration & other charges and on singing the construction agreement, sale deed will be registered.
