Foundation: Under reamed pile foundation
Structure: Load bearing brick walls
Flooring: Ceramic tiles in all the rooms with 4" skirting.
Joinery: Entrance door with Teak wood frame and Teak wood ply flush shutters polished on both sides. Other door frames will be of hard wood and commercial ply flush shutters with synthetic enamel paint. Windows will be of Har Wood frames with glazed shutters and mild steel safety grills with enamel paint
Painting: Internal and external walls in cement paint of pleasing colours. 
Kitchen: Black polished granite table top with 2 ft of Ceramic tile dado. A single bowl stainless sink with drain board. Good quality brass chromium plated taps..
Toilets: Flooring in anti-skid ceramic tiles and walls in ceramic tiles up to 5 ft. height. Indian or European water closets in white with PVC low level cistern. Wash basin in white with good quality chromium plated brass taps.
